Dr. Ocean's abrupt decision to end Tara's treatment sends her into a complete crisis while at the spa with Charmaine. Upon returning home, chaos ensues, and one of Tara's alters chooses to betray Marshall in a manner that could jeopardize the family’s future irreparably.
