After noticing wrinkles near her eyes, Kris encourages Kim to get another Botox treatment. Khloé tags along for support, but soon Kim experiences adverse effects, leading to her eyes turning a shade of purple. This ordeal prompts Kim to vow never to undergo the procedure again. In a separate storyline, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie catch Kris smoking and rally together to persuade her to quit. Kourtney devises a scheme to make Kris believe that Kendall's smoking is a result of her influence. To aid her plan, Kourtney purchases nicotine-free cigarettes (honey and marshmallow), which convinces Kris to give up smoking.
