Meredith takes an ambulance trip alongside Owen and Nathan to retrieve a heart for a transplant recipient. Kyle Diaz, a musician living with multiple sclerosis, arrives at Grey Sloan Memorial due to a tremor in his hand, while the residents eagerly submit their applications for the Preminger Grant. At the same time, Catherine persists in meddling in Jackson and April's affairs, much to Richard's disapproval.
