A ferocious lion is wrongly identified as the 'seeing-eye' lion for a young blind girl, who has raised the creature since it was a cub to serve as her guardian and eyes in the wild. Tarzan finds himself in a race against time to save the innocent lion from the angry villagers who are determined to kill it.
