Marshall and Lily take their friends on a spontaneous trip to Atlantic City to tie the knot. However, their plans hit a snag as they find themselves stuck in a three-day wait for a marriage license. Along the way, they encounter a group of Chinese gamblers, a charismatic ship captain, and a hilariously eye-catching novelty shirt that adds to the chaos of their adventure.
