What begins as a standard traffic stop quickly spirals into a foot pursuit when a taser is used. A disagreement about food results in an arrest due to outstanding warrants. Meanwhile, a man recently released from prison finds himself back in custody for possessing a significant quantity of marijuana. Additionally, one driver remains oblivious to the fact that he is behind the wheel of a stolen truck.
