Raven, Chelsea, and Eddie decide to assist with activities for Mrs. Valentine's class at the local Community Center. During this time, Raven encounters a spirited and troublesome girl named Sydney (Sydney Park), who is in need of guidance. As Raven learns that Sydney has never met her biological parents, a deeper connection begins to form between them. Over time, their relationship evolves into a supportive sisterly bond, helping both navigate their personal struggles.
