Mr. Webb (Mark Richman), a THRUSH operative, teams up with Margitta Kingsley (Eleanor Parker), the spouse of U.N.C.L.E. agent Robert Kingsley (Barry Sullivan), to devise a scheme to steal a docility gas from General Maximilian Harmon (Leslie Nielson). Harmon has abducted Professor David Garrow (Dan O'Herlihy) and his son Steve (Tony Bill). He and his fellow scientists, who fancy themselves the "Seven Intellectual Wonders of the World," aim to use the gas and their military force to seize global control and establish a new era of peace.
