Joanna immerses herself in an undercover mission, which brings her closer to Samantha Bowers and allows her to spend more time with Julian. Meanwhile, Edward faces intense pressure from the Bowers Pharmaceutical board and ultimately loses his position within the family business. In another turn of events, Mia meets a mysterious new figure who prompts her to make some impulsive choices.
