S1E6 Happy Birthday Penny

Daphne, Penny's mother, is upset when Vince shows up at the birthday tea she and her husband Norman have prepared for Penny. Her irritation deepens when Penny announces that she and Vince plan to move into a flat together. However, Penny's frustration peaks when she sees the dreadful condition of the flat and Vince proposes that she sell her car to cover the renovation costs.
