Jack's forty-third birthday celebration takes a turn for the worse during a dinner outing. His mood is sour, primarily due to his ongoing silence with his daughter. In an attempt to ease the tension, Norma and Michael step in to help resolve the conflict. However, despite Kevin covering the bill, the evening spirals downward, leaving everyone feeling more strained than before.
