Tess pressures Oliver into attending a gala hosted by Queen Industries to calm the Board's nerves, but chaos erupts when the Toyman crashes the event with a bomb and a vendetta against Oliver. He demands that Oliver admit to killing Lex, threatening to detonate the bomb if he refuses.
