ATM plans to launch a Rocket Ship Tank, complete with a launch pad, countdown timer, and smoke effects. But will they get the green light for takeoff? Meanwhile, vineyard owners throw down the gauntlet by asking for a tank constructed from a dilapidated wagon, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the challenge.
