As the newly appointed hallway monitor at South Park Elementary, Cartman feels personally affronted when he discovers that a teacher is involved in an inappropriate kiss with a student in his area. Determined to intervene, he teams up with Kyle to put an end to Kyle's younger brother's budding romance with the charming teacher he refers to as "Nice."
