Dave persuades Calvin to organize a yard sale, but things take a turn for the worse when longtime local resident Miss Simpson buys an item Calvin instantly wishes he hadn’t sold. Desperate to reclaim the valuable piece, he turns to Dave for assistance in retrieving it from Miss Simpson.
