In a tribute to Alfred Hitchcock, this episode transports the Jeffersonian and FBI teams to 1950s Hollywood. Brennan takes on the role of an LAPD detective facing sexism within the police department, while Booth is cast as a well-known jewel thief with hidden depths. When Booth is wrongfully accused of killing a wealthy socialite, he and Brennan join forces to prove his innocence and uncover the real killer behind the crime.
