The detectives delve into a series of hospital homicides where victims are found poisoned with cyanide. Their initial focus is on a nurse who fits the profile of a typical suspect. However, as they uncover additional murders occurring outside the hospital, they realize they must broaden their investigation to catch the elusive killer before more lives are lost.
