Luci brings her new friend Patty, who is visually impaired, to meet Barney, Michael, Tina, and Kathy. Patty shares her insight that one can enjoy a beautiful day through various senses beyond just sight. As Michael’s class delves into the five senses, they engage in lively songs and activities connected to each one. Patty demonstrates how a child with blindness can be independent and actively participate in play with others. She also teaches the group a fun rhyme with hand motions and reads a story to Kathy using braille.
