During an episode of Tool Time, Tim and Al demonstrate how to get ready for an intense winter storm. While Tim accidentally tumbles through the gazebo, he stumbles upon a small bag of marijuana hidden beneath the swing. Curious about who might be responsible, Jill and Tim set up surveillance in their backyard from Wilson's perspective. To their astonishment, they catch Brad in the act, holding the bag.
