In the heart of the street, a young man lies lifeless from a gunshot wound. Will a cell phone and a pawnshop receipt provide the essential leads for the detectives? Meanwhile, the discovery of a woman's body discarded on railroad tracks shocks the team. Their investigation takes a turn when a tip suggests that someone may be withholding critical information. The detectives grow increasingly convinced that this individual possesses details that only the murderer should know.
