Dan arrives in Mesa City to contribute funds for their irrigation initiative, but before the donation can be finalized, it gets snatched away. Determined to retrieve the stolen money, Dan sets off in pursuit of the thieves. Meanwhile, the Lone Ranger senses the peril Dan faces and understands the urgency of apprehending the criminals.
