The Lone Ranger comes to the rescue of Cleve Ritchie, who is being threatened by Dr. Payton's henchmen. Unbeknownst to Cleve, Dr. Payton has sent Stella Watson to his home under the guise of caring for his grandmother after her stroke. In reality, Stella's mission is to locate a map to a hidden Spanish treasure that Cleve has discovered, which could provide much-needed funds for the town.
