The Zombie flippers stumble upon a hidden "flag lot" property—a two-story house nestled behind another, accessible only by a narrow path. Despite facing a property line dispute with the adjacent neighbor, the appealing lakefront location and affordable price prove irresistible. The team embarks on the challenge of reviving this dilapidated home, contending with unstable construction and sagging floors. However, they soon discover that the ongoing property dispute could jeopardize their access to the lake entirely, complicating their renovation plans.
