Andy is dating a new girl, and Cheryl urges Jim to be kind to her since she’s not only his first girlfriend since Carrie but also Ruby's piano instructor. During their dinner, Alicia shares that she’s a vegetarian and a fan of the Peckers, which offends Jim. After a series of breakups and reconciliations, Alicia continually declines dinner invites from Jim and Cheryl. The reason? She feels uncomfortable around Cheryl. Jim teases her about it until Cheryl finally confronts Alicia, who admits it’s simply because she perceives Cheryl as too perfect.
