Raj is giving tutoring lessons to Patrice Williams in return for one of the puppies her dog, Susie, is expected to have. Meanwhile, chaos ensues in the Thomas home when Dee accidentally hears a discussion between Raj, Dwayne, and Rerun, leading her to mistakenly think that Raj has gotten a girl pregnant.
