Adam grapples with the prospect of having a new boss, worrying about the security of his position. Kristina makes an effort to connect with Haddie, who turns to Amber for support after feeling rejected by her parents regarding her choices. At the same time, Crosby faces his own set of challenges while coordinating a kindergarten show at Jabbar’s school. Amber prepares to showcase her talent at an open mic night, but she’s caught off guard by who turns out to be her harshest critic.
