The 126 team rushes to handle a runaway military tank wreaking havoc in downtown Austin, while also dealing with a chaotic multi-casualty incident at a roller derby event. Simultaneously, Tommy Vega, the new paramedic captain, steps into his role with the crew. On a personal note, Owen reconnects with his ex-wife Gwyneth, who is also T.K.'s mother, and he learns more about his cancer diagnosis.
