When tensions flare between Jake and a rival, Hawkins intervenes to defuse the situation. Meanwhile, an electromagnetic pulse plunges Jericho into darkness, leading to a surge in criminal activity. Later on, Jake finds himself in a perilous situation, held at gunpoint, but is ultimately saved just in time.
