Bilko takes leave alongside Cpl. Charlie Whiteagle, a Cherokee Indian, to Tulsa for a poker match. However, things take a turn when they stumble upon a legal document revealing that the Indigenous people still possess the majority of Oklahoma. This unexpected discovery drags Bilko into a complicated legal battle, complicating their trip and putting their poker plans on hold.
