The Doctor's trial is ongoing, with the Valeyard presenting more evidence against him. This time, he focuses on the Doctor's recent visit to Thoros Beta. Initially there to look into arms trafficking, the Doctor and Peri find themselves caught up in a chilling situation involving their former adversary Sil and his disturbing neurological experiments.
