Daniel insists to Matlock that his father struggles with stress because of his heart issues, yet Nicholas persistently urges Matlock to prove his innocence. As Matlock looks into a suspect who may be more connected to Baron than he realizes, Charlene sabotages her potential romance with Paul by failing to distinguish between the man and the myth surrounding him.
