Willy is heartbroken after receiving a letter from his beloved back in Tennessee, revealing that she is marrying someone else. In an effort to lift his spirits, McHale and the crew of the 73 dive into action to cheer him up. However, Captain Binghamton insists that everyone maintain impeccable conduct in preparation for an upcoming inspection by a certain thrifty VIP.
