Tracker (2001)

S1E1 Pilot

An alien security officer arrives on Earth to pursue fugitives from his home planet who have hijacked human bodies. While these fugitives have gained some understanding of humanity, the alien, named "Cole," has modeled his appearance on a poster of a Cole underwear model, leaving him rather clueless about human nature and physiology. Feeling sympathetic, a bar owner named Mel Porter takes him to her hotel. Cole quickly assembles some Earth technology to locate one escapee, Rhee, who has murdered his family. Using his “time-stop” powers, he defeats Rhee and extracts her essence from her human host. Along the way, he encounters Zin, a brilliant alien scientist behind the escape. In the end, Mel hires Cole to work at her bar as he prepares to continue his hunt for the remaining fugitives.
