As Aaron Echolls stands trial for Lilly's murder, the man once accused, Abel Koontz, seeks Veronica's assistance in locating his missing daughter, Amelia. This quest brings them into conflict with the head of security at Kane Software. At the same time, Logan finds himself in trouble and gets arrested.
