Mickey is determined to earn the coveted yellow beanie, so she commits to selling more than 500 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. Meanwhile, Rose resorts to cheating on her chemistry exam, and Nick is competing with his rival Al Swichertze for the title of "Man of the Year" at the hospital. Ultimately, the characters come away with valuable insights and successfully reach their aspirations.
