With Sara sidelined, the team uncovers a new Anachronism that takes them deep into the jungles of Vietnam during wartime. Ray, Amaya, and Zari disguise themselves as reporters and navigate the dense foliage, only to encounter a time-displaced Gorilla Grodd. Meanwhile, Nate and Rory stumble upon a familiar face from Rory's past, shedding light on his history and experiences.
