Lisa is determined to clear the name of Springfield's first female inventor. Her quest takes her to an old asylum and a male-centric restaurant in search of her groundbreaking invention. Bart tags along to the asylum, where he swipes a notebook from a deranged patient and boasts to his friends at school that he authored the disturbing entries. This leads Homer and Marge to suspect Bart might be a sociopath, a label he decides to exploit until it spirals out of control.
