When the adjustable rate on Homer and Marge Simpson's mortgage increases beyond their means, they are forced to put their home on the market. Kind-hearted Ned Flanders purchases the house and offers them a rental arrangement that fits their budget. However, Homer tests the limits of Ned's generosity by exploiting his kindness as a landlord.
