Dr. McFife invents a self-aware car designed to wreak havoc across the countryside of Burrup County, reminiscent of Frankenstein's creature. After the car endures various attacks, Dr. McFife unveils a hidden bomb inside it, set to detonate in the town's center. Matters worsen when the car abducts a young girl. Drawing on previous experiences, Speed, with assistance from Chim Chim and Spritle, manages to save the girl and ultimately obliterates the rogue vehicle.
