S1E27 The Terrifying Gambler

During the Monte Carlo Rally, a crook seizes control of the Mach Five. Speed discovers that the culprit is none other than the well-known gambler, Mr. Fastbucks, but lacks the evidence to support his claim. When Speed confronts him, Mr. Fastbucks reveals his devious scheme: he has acquired coal and railway companies and plans to detonate the globe's gas reserves to amass a fortune. Ironically, it’s Mr. Fastbucks who ends up facing an explosive fate.
