Victor catches Cory off guard by sending Lionel from San Francisco. When Cory introduces Lionel at school, he becomes the target of ridicule, prompting him to pass Lionel on to Sophie. Realizing their mistake, the classmates express their regret. Cory attempts to reclaim Lionel, but Sophie has him removed from the premises. In his quest to retrieve Lionel, Cory neglects a date with Candy. Meanwhile, the President grapples with his image as the press criticizes him for lacking a sense of humor.
