Fran becomes anxious about her prospects when her colleague Mona, a fellow nanny, decides to retire and move to Florida. During Mona's farewell party, Fran indulges a bit too much and ends up drunkenly wandering into Maxwell's bedroom, where she inadvertently finds herself in his bed, leading to unexpected complications.
