Following a life-threatening heart attack, criminal James Block comes to the conclusion that he needs to reform his life and embarks on a journey of good deeds. In the midst of this, James connects with Amy Ann McCoy, a teenage girl who idolizes Elvis Presley and battles cystic fibrosis, discovering a shared bond between them.
