Ashley steps in during one of Karen's sales on the shop floor, sparking a heated family dispute. Les tries to encourage collaboration between them, but when Ashley's lackluster attempts to guide Karen nearly lead to a significant setback for the store, Les reaches his breaking point. Meanwhile, Seth is treated to an unexpected performance when a rock metal band, in search of a guitar, launches into a spontaneous jam session.
