Following a heated discussion regarding their future family, Elena and Pietro tie the knot at the town hall. Later, they are taken aback by a surprise reception put together by Adele. Although Elena intended to focus on her upcoming book, she soon gives birth to a baby girl and finds it challenging to carve out time for her writing amidst the demands of motherhood.
