Stuart Best makes his comeback to Washington as a newly elected congressman and publicly embarrasses Murphy at his inaugural celebration. Seeking payback, Murphy invites him onto FYI to reveal his views on various issues. However, it becomes clear that Stuart is unaware of the sources funding his campaign.
