Lydia and Reuben investigate the murder of a man whose remains were meticulously cooked down to nothing but bones. Meanwhile, John and Lucero develop their budding friendship while handling a series of bizarre phone calls throughout the day. Ben and Sammy rush to the scene of a wild bank heist, where the robbers toss bundles of cash into the streets as they flee in their getaway vehicle.
