Rogers crafts a unique musical device using an oatmeal container, a big button, and some twine. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Henrietta discovers that her bell has vanished. This prompts Lady Aberlin to have a conversation with a resentful X, who seems to be hiding something.
