While driving along a remote road, a motorist offers a ride to a hitchhiker. As they share the space, the driver tunes into the radio and learns about a serial killer known as Willow the Wisp who is currently evading capture. To the driver's shock, the description of the suspect closely resembles their unexpected passenger.
