Alex and Ithaca find themselves the new owners of a 300-year-old chateau, which they must work tirelessly to preserve amidst various obstacles. Meanwhile, Dick's kids, Arthur and Dorothy, take it upon themselves to save baby toads at their estate. Additionally, Edward and Anna face the difficult task of discussing the implications of worsening weather conditions with their guests.
